Although William W. Myers published stereoviews out of his hometown of Ionia, Michigan, all the views seen by him thus far are from the Montana Territory or of Yellowstone National Park. His views were published during the 1870’s making them quite early by Yellowstone standards. They all contain a backlist showing the full array of views offered for sale. Needless to say, they are extremely rare. His Montana views include photos of a Quartz Mill at Sterling City, the Snowy Range, the Madison River and Virginia City.
